DIRTY LOOKS: 'Slave To The Machine' To Be Reissued With Bonus Tracks

January 15, 2009

Reunited hard rockers DIRTY LOOKS will have their 1996 album "Slave to the Machine" reissued on February 27 via Perris Records.

This CD was the last one recorded by the band before singer/guitarist Henrik Ostergaard decided to call it a day with DIRTY LOOKS and founded BURNING ORANGE with Scott Robison on vocals.

"Slave" was the 11th album in DIRTY LOOKS' discography and quickly became one of the hardest to find. It hit the highest prices on the second-hand market where it was sold up to a hundred bucks by lucky owners of the CD.

This remastered reissue will comes out with two bonus tracks recorded live at the Warner Theater show in Erie, Pennsylvania on October 5, 2008: "Everything's Gonna Be Alright" and the encore song, "Let There Be Rock".

You can already hear two remastered tunes ("Murder For Money" and
"Droperidol") from this re-release at this location.

DIRTY LOOKS' latest album, "California Free Ride", was released last October via Perris Records. The disc was mastered by guitarist Anthony Focx (BANG TANGO, BEAUTIFUL CREATURES, BUCKCHERRY) and contains "ten tracks of killer tunes guaranteed to blow away the fall/winter blues with a heavy dose of down and dirty hard rock power," according to a press release.
